Ahh, term tests are finally over as of today... doesn't feel any much different from tuesday though. Accompanied Rach to check out her road bike today, nice bike. Anyway, somehow, yesterday felt horrible. So horrid I felt like I got shot a million times but never died. How did yesterday feel so horrible? I have no idea, but I do know that it was possibly the worst feeling I've had in weeks. I can't quite understand why I get this once in a while mid-week depression thing but it kinda invites me to learn more about God... Sure I learn the most about God when I'm over the moon but somehow, the sad times also draw me closer. I like to know that I have someone so awesome to talk to and confide to and I never have to worry about anything else when talking to Him. And the fact that He thinks such wonderful things about me even when I'm feeling the worse, nothing can beat that! I can't imagine a world without God. Chaotic, sad, ruined, hopeless and every other bad word describes it. So yesterday I decided to raise the topic on transformation. Y'know, what does it mean? It's such a great topic, I feel like I'll be learning it my whole life. What's better is Graham Cooke will be speaking a part on it next March in US, hope I'll get to pop over. So anyway, how does transformation work? Cause we already have the mind of Christ, we're already perfected in Christ. SO why do we need to be transformed into something we already are...? And then I was given the analogy of the growth of a seed into a tree. A seed from a mango tree will always belong to the mango family and will never produce a seed from a strawberry tree. It is however, not yet a mango tree. It just needs time to grow into something it is already known and seen as. Thank you God for being so awesome.
