Wow, I've not blogged for the longest time ever... in the last 4 years at least. There's really not much that can be written down is there. Let's see... Well Sydney was fun, pity it ended so fast but not much of a choice anyway considering the upcoming exams (insert sad face). I'm close to saying that it was a life-changing trip but I believe there's much more to come. I'm just hoping to head up to US next year as planned. Everyone's graduating (except me) and going off to universities/internships, I wish all of you the very best and an awesome life ahead. As for me, I'm really sitting on the edge of a boat right now. You never know when a dolphin is gonna swim by and nibble at your feet, or a little otter that's gonna show with a clam to present to you, or an eagle that drops by with a pendant clutched in its claw. That's right, it all sounds too mystical to be true but who knows what God brings you, it's just amazing when you think back. Throughout these 4 months I've had a lot of thoughts and conversations running pass me that really made me think. I came to realise that I've had a lot of ruined perspectives on things that formed due to my own issues in life. But once again God has pulled me out from my very own hole and given me new perspectives. I can't express how important our view is in every aspect of our life. But then again, it's always easier said than done. If anyone told me this a year ago, I would've impose all that I had built up in the fortress of my mind and fire it back to the pitiful soul who simply tried to help. Life is really simpler than you think, you could possibly scoff right at this and make me ask myself about the people out in the streets who're worrying their heads off over the debts that they have to pay. But you know, God never fails. Whether you're in the depths of hell or the skies of Heaven, He's just waiting to come by and give you a big hug. What else is more important in this world than knowing who God is, our life alone brings us a mere 70 years in which we slob, but a life of a journey of discovery into the heart of the Father brings wonders, hope, and an eternity of joy. What else can we ask for. He has always been pursuing us, granting us opportunities to choose and time and time again, He has never given up. Seriously, what else can we possibly desire..? I guess it's time for this blog to come to a close. As for me, I'm just awaiting to continue on this journey to discover all that there really is, with the One who created all things, in whom we live, breathe and have our very being...
