Just got my Fox Flux today, courtesy of my Dad. I suppose this will be much more well-ventilated and also a 1000x lighter. Only thing is- I really hope-pray I never fall on my face, ow. I am henceforth desperately trying to sell my full face helmet and the Scott bike. Was the FF a waste of money ? No because going down on the first few tries with a FF really built up my confidence and helped me conquer every downhill. Yes because I can't find anyone who wants to buy it, at least not for now. I hope I manage to sell it by next week or something. Anyway the open face helmet looks so dorky, only the angmohs can carry off style with a helmet on, lol. But, comfort and safety is better than getting your head split open by a rock. Next thing on my list : Ergon grips, supposedly supresses the stress on the wrists while going downhill, boy do I need that. Geez I only just found out MTB is possibly the most expensive sport ever. The upgrading just never stops! *rolls eyes*
